  1. Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most products purchased through our website, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • The return or exchange request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
 
After the product is returned, you receive a refund within 7-10 days.
    1. Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to wrong product delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure it reaches us safely. 

    1. Refunds and Processing Times

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange as follows:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • A 10% Restocking fee will be deducted.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible after the return is processed.
    • Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
